• How far in advance should we book your live illustration services? Dates for luxury weddings and private events are typically secured 6 to 12 months in advance, though short-notice availability can occasionally be accommodated.

• Do you travel internationally for destination weddings? Yes, live fashion illustration coverage is available for destination weddings and international luxury events worldwide, with travel and accommodation coordinated bespoke.

• How are the live illustrations protected during a busy reception? Every completed portrait is carefully slipped into a protective cellophane sleeve and mounted in an A4 presentation board so it remains pristine throughout the celebration.

• If I want all of my guests to be painted, can you provide other artists? Because of a long-standing career in the industry, I am very well connected to top-tier artists and can always work alongside an artist of your choice or highly recommend the very best artists to join me.

• Can additional portraits be commissioned after the event? Yes, additional portraits can be commissioned from high-quality wedding photographs. For wedding guests, I offer a special post-event studio rate of £70 per couple or £50 per person, plus £15 postage per address (more overseas). Illustrated to the same size and standard as the live illustrations on the day.

• Can you draw guests who were not at the wedding? For non-attending subjects, standard studio prices apply, starting from £450 pounds for an A4 commission.

• How are VIP or priority guests managed during the event? Should you have a list of VIP or priority guests, please arrange for a designated contact person to help manage them. Alternatively, we can provide a guest assistant for a 200 pound charge to ensure a seamless experience.

• What are the environmental requirements for setting up on-site? To ensure the best results and comfort for your guests, a sheltered indoor space is necessary for temperatures below 18°C or in windy conditions. For outdoor events in the sun, a shaded area is required.

• Does the all-day package include a break for the artist? Yes, the extended all-day engagement includes a 30-minute lunch break for the artist to ensure peak creative energy throughout the celebration.

• Are you insured? Yes, full public liability insurance is held up to the value of 10 million pounds for complete peace of mind.
